給8分的原因： 1.酒店前臺(tái)禮賓部的同事很熱情，笑容很親切 2.入住前跟酒店溝通，因?yàn)槭翘貏e的紀(jì)念日，所以希望房間有特別的布置；布置得很好，很滿意 3.天夢(mèng)之床超贊，非常舒服；除此，房間的硬件配套得很到位，連燙斗都有 4.雖然是新開(kāi)張，但沒(méi)有聞到裝修之類的異味，很難得 扣2分的原因： 1.酒店的電梯貌似很沒(méi)調(diào)試好，上30幾樓的時(shí)候感覺(jué)抖得厲害，加上最近電梯頻頻出事，感覺(jué)有點(diǎn)怕怕 2.房間硬件配置雖然超棒，但希望補(bǔ)上一個(gè)小細(xì)節(jié)——裝濕浴巾的臟衣簍；洗完澡后，濕瀝瀝的浴巾一直沒(méi)找到適合的地方放，只能隨便丟在一邊，對(duì)于有一點(diǎn)整齊癖的我，不是很習(xí)慣 3.一樓自助餐的服務(wù)員沒(méi)有禮賓部的同事熱情。不知是不是人多的原因，雖然他們對(duì)我們的問(wèn)題及要求很熱情地回答及響應(yīng)，但是用餐后我們就直接地走出餐廳，沒(méi)有一位同事跟我們say goodbye和道謝，心里覺(jué)得有點(diǎn)遺憾。

たしか市內(nèi)にはwestinが２件あったと思いますが、ここは東駅近いwestinとは別の、広交會(huì)會(huì)場(chǎng)のそばのwestinです。タイトルのとおりお値段が手ごろでまだ新しいです。２階の中華レストランが大変おいしく、日本ではこんな値段では食べれないなあと思いながら食事しました。いわゆるなんでもどっさりのスタイルではなく手の込んだ中華料理を適量でいただきますので日本人にとてもマッチします。外を歩かなかったので周りの狀況をうまく説明できません。部屋は申し分ない????です。

I spent one night at this hotel with my wife for my birthday, as my kid was away in Beijing on a study tour with his school. I chose this hotel because of the very attractive rate, only US$120, compared with US$188 for the other Westin near the Guangzhou East Station. It is also a new property, opened for just about a year. The hotel is located in the middle of the Guangzhou Exhibition Centre in the Pazhou district in southeast Guangzhou. It is about five minutes walk from the Pazhou subway station so transportation is not a big problem. However, at night the streets are quite dead because the whole neighbourhood consists of only exhibition halls and warehouses, other than the Westin and the Shangri-La a few blocks away. It seemed there was no major exhibition going on when we were there, so the hotel was very quiet with few guests. We were very lucky to be given a corner room facing south and east on the 20th floor. This gave us a great view of the suburbs of Guangzhou – wide-open space with rice paddy fields, factories and the exhibition centre itself. Our room was very spacious (more than 50 square metres, I believe) and very elegantly furnished. The open bathroom was well equipped with a roomy shower and a bathtub, and was combined with the walk-in closet in an integrated whole. As it was just an overnight trip, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. When we came back at night we found out that only the lobby lounge was open for drinks. There were only two tables of guests and no live entertainment was available. We went swimming the next morning. The pool was quite nice and big (about 30 metres long) for an indoor hotel pool. Unfortunately, the water temperature (which I believe was at the standard 28 degree Celsius) was too cold for my wife, and there was no Jacuzzi for her to soak. There was also a spa but we didn’t try it. All in all, a very nice hotel if you don’t mind the location.

オープン間もないころに數(shù)泊しました。 ラウンジ?一部レストランも未完成、ブッフェレストランでの品數(shù)も少なめ、エレベーターもたびたび故障??と本來(lái)ならば不満足な滯在になるところでしたが 広東料理レストランでの點(diǎn)心がとてもおいしかったこと、 お部屋からの夜景がなかなかすばらしかったことを理由に、ちょっと甘めの評(píng)価をつけておきます。 コーナースイートにアップグレードしてもらったのですが（SPGPlatinum所持ゆえ） シャワーブースの床にヒーターが入っていたり、アメニティーグッズの質(zhì)もほんの少しよかったり 広州東駅近くのWestinと比べると高級(jí)感があります。少しだけですが。 ひとつ気になったのは、スタッフの英語(yǔ)のレベルが高くなかったこと?? 場(chǎng)所柄（交易會(huì)會(huì)場(chǎng)隣）、現(xiàn)在では改善されていると信じたいところです。

If you are a frequent visitor for trade fairs held in Pazhou you would definitely value the location of the hotel as this property is literally sitting on the fair ground.With direct access to the complex you reach the fair in less then a minute and you can go back to rest your tiring feet any time. Rooms are spacious ,renewal suites have massage chairs,staff is positive and very efficient which could be a big plus for the bussiness people.

I stayed here twice in April and Again in May with colleagues for business. This hotel is wonderful and close to our factory so you get to avoid all the traffic congestion of downtown. The hotel is in wonderful condition partly because it is new and it is really nice just like the other Westin in Guangzhou. All of the facilities and decoration are first class and the service is second to none! They did an outstanding job and many of the staff whom I intereacted with greeted me by name! The hotel food is adequate and if you need more options close by the Shangri-la is a 10 minute walk. The rooms and the views of the river are great making this my favorite hotel in Guangzhou. It has easy access to the convention center and Subway as well! Just make sure you are not expecting to stay in downtown if you stay here! I will stay again next time I am here on business!!

The first review I wrote for this hotel was not good but on my frequent stays at the hotel it has improved dramatically. The lounge is very good and the staff there are excellent. Lounge also has great views of the city. All members of staff speak some english, which I appreciate. The staff are generally very welcoming. Suites are very good, large and comfortable. Good coffee machine in the suite. F/B is still a little lagging which some poor quality meals still being served, however this is also improving. Niggle This is about the only hotel I have stayed at that does not have a bar....

It was my first stay at this hotel and it was an all around excellent experience. The hotel itself was completed sometime September of last year if I'm not mistaken. So during the first Canton Fair of 2012, I decided to give this hotel a try and I was very happy with it. Upon check in, my room was immediately upgraded so that certainly put a big smile to my face. The next day, I enjoyed a buffet breakfast (typical hotel buffet breakfast but nothing to complain about). During the day, the hotel guest enjoyed a direct access to the Fair & we had exclusive access to a buggy to travel between different buildings within the fair. At the evening, I enjoyed a well equipped gym & the swimming pool was great (though it can get very crowded). The staffs were also very friendly and helpful. All around I would definitely recommend this hotel to those visiting Canton Fair. To those on holiday, I suggest you do a more thorough research as this hotel is a bit far from city centers.

The best hotel for canton fair. It's in the fair grounds. good resturants. great gym. best service. i enjoyed my stay there. The only two disadvateges, the slow elevator and lack of taxies. but it's best business hotel.

This new hotel started operating in September 2011. If you are not attending a fair in one of the adjacent complexes, there is really not much reason to stay here, especially if you do not have a car. Yes, the hotel has fairly easy access to the subway, but why bother when there are no shortages of new hotels in the TianHe District. The food, both in quality and service leaves much to be desired. Perhaps going to the Shangri-La hotel across the street for your F&B needs is a winner, because there are no options around the hotel. If you are just looking to work (or hang-out) primarily in your room, utilize the lounge offerings in the morning and in the evening, and use the swimming pool, then this may be the hotel for you. If you are in a standard room, request the southwest corner room (xx07), here you will get the best views including the Canton Tower. It does seem that management puts an effort in to upgrade SPG Platinum guests into suites as much as possible, which makes the Westin somewhat more attractive over the older Shangri-La across the street.

This hotel is good for one thing only and that is its location to the fair. Otherwise disappointing. Lobby is awful, bugs all over from the indoor bamboo garden. No comfortable place to work or have a drink. Loud and uninviting. Elevator wait is forever also. Only saving grace is proximity to the fair. Otherwise avoid.

A new hotel, everything is very good. Only thing is little too far out of the city center.
